How?
- Pre-Registration $15 or Registration on tournament day is $20. 64 seats available! First Come First Serve
- For each player you refer that joins the tournament, you will get $2 Store Credit on the Tournament Date (Only 1 referral per player).
- You can start pre-registration at the store on Monday 30 August 2010 during business hours.
- If you want to join the tournament but you can’t come to the store, you can do pre-registration by using PayPal. All you have to do is send us your email to epikinfo@gmail.com (Make your subject as Pre-Registration for Cash Tournament and providing your First Name; Last Name; your PayPal email address) and we will send you the invoice. Then you complete the payment through the PayPal. You will get a pre-registration confirmation in your mail after your payment is completed. If you do pre-registration, it is your responsibility to present yourself before 10.45 AM. at the store. Otherwise, your pre-registration will be cancelled with NO REFUND.
Tournament Prizes
1st - $200 CASH + 5 EPIK POINTS
2nd - $150 CASH + 5 EPIK POINTS
3rd - $75 CASH + Single Elimination Invitation + 5 EPIK POINTS
4th – $50 CASH + Single Elimination Invitation + 5 EPIK POINTS
5th- to 8th $30 CASH + Single Elimination Invitation + 5 EPIK POINTS
9th-16th Single Elimination Invitation + 5 EPIK POINTS
17th and over - 5 EPIK POINTS + 1 EPIK TOURNAMENT PIONT(See Single Elimination for details).
Players who join this tournament will get free 3 EPIK POINTS!!! (EP).
All top 8 will get +2 EPIK Tournament Points (ETP). 9th-16th will get +1 bonus ETP.
As part of the KDE Official Tournament Store, we will start using “COSSY SYSTEM” for the tournaments we have. If you do not have one, you can request for it in the store. (While supplies last)
PLEASE REGISTER YOUR COSSY ID IN THE WEBSITE PROVIDED AT THE BACK OF THE CARD BEFORE YOU REGISTER FOR THE TOURNAMENT.
EPIK Number is the number that used to track all of your records in our system. For example, EPIK Points that you gain from buying products and EPIK Tournament Points that you get from the tournament.
You will receive the member card which you can write the number on it. So you will have EP# and Cossy ID# on one card. It’s easy for you.
You can use the Cossy ID to check the Cossy Point in the system and see what rank you are.

Tournament Information
Format: Swiss Round to 1 undefeated and top 16
Time: 40 minutes per round. Advanced Format 1 September 2010
Judge: David E. (KDE RC-1 Certified; YCS & WCQ Judge Experiences, OCG Head Judge Experiences)
All players REQUIRE to fill the deck list for Random Deck Check
- Deck Box can contain YOUR MAIN DECK, SIDE DECK, and EXTRA DECK ONLY! Add in other cards in your deck box that are not in your deck list and found during Deck Check will give you a GAME LOSS with no EXCUSES!
- IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SHOW UP ON TIME DURING THE TOURNAMENT TIME FOR EACH ROUND. YOU ARE THE ONE WHO CHOOSE TO GET THE GAME LOSS (GL) OR MATCH LOSS (ML). THERE IS NO JUDGE WANT TO GIVE YOU A GL or ML.
- If you face SLOW PLAY, you can RAISE YOUR HAND and call a judge at anytime. PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE to call a judge because SLOW PLAY make the tournament goes slow. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to play a game in appropriate of time in any situation. NO EXCUSES for Slow Play.
